BOSS has been designing and manufacturing Load Assist Kits since 2004
While the manufacturing process is complex, the principal is simple. The Air bag system sits on top of, or next to the leaf spring, or in the case of coil suspension, alongside the coil to help the vehicle stay level when loaded. We embed our technology DNA into each and every kit from the vehicle specific brackets to the strongest and toughest air bags in the industry, we don’t compromise on quality.

Knowing that we could do better, in 2005 BOSS commissioned its own premises for Airbag manufacturing. Having control over the process has enabled BOSS over many years to fine tune a truly unique Airbag in both performance and durability

One in every 100 Airbags produced is pressure tested to destruction. Standing up to independent testing, BOSS produces an Airbag that can exceed 600psi in ‘hydrostatic’ testing, and 480psi in the most brutal test ‘shock pressure’. This testing exceeds specifications of other bags and way beyond any practical use on the market
ADVANCED CONSTRUCTION
Our proprietary ballistic material is used for the woven reinforcing on the Airbag wall. ‘Cord angle Weaving’ together with our (17) ‘Multi Strand’ high tensile cords is what gives the BOSS Airbag its unique strength
